Where is my order?

• In the email with your order confirmation, you will find a Track & Trace number. You can track the status of your order using the Track & Trace link in the email.
• We ship worldwide in a CO2-neutral way. Orders typically take 5-12 business days to arrive after processing.
• If your package doesn't arrive within the usual delivery time, please contact us promptly. We can only initiate an investigation with the postal service within 2 weeks of the original delivery date.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed; they are indicative and for informational purposes only.

How is my order shipped?
With great care and attention, and most importantly, in an environmentally friendly way. Our orders are shipped in a 100% biodegradable cardboard box. We are still working on replacing the plastic protective sleeve around the filter so we can contribute to a more sustainable environment.
