If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email a photo of the received order to Infovaluelify@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once the returned order has been inspected, you will be entitled to a full refund for the returned items, excluding the cost of return shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and/or 14 days of receipt, depending on which period is longer. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

• Make sure all returned items are properly packed to prevent damage during shipping.

What is not eligible for a refund?

• Lost returns if the package was not sent using a traceable and insured service
• Significantly damaged returns due to poor packaging
• Returns sent to the wrong address
