Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you received the correct item in good condition but are still not satisfied, please contact us at Infovaluelify@gmail.com for assistance. If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email a photo of the received order to Infovaluelify@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once the returned order has been inspected, you will be entitled to a full refund for the returned items, excluding the cost of return shipping. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and/or 14 days of receipt, depending on which period is longer. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

- The order must be returned within 30 days of purchase and/or 14 days of receipt, depending on which period is longer, using a traceable and insured service, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- Ensure that you return both opened and unopened packaging.
- Make sure all returned items are properly packed to prevent damage during shipping.
What is not eligible for a refund?
- Lost returns if the package was not sent using a traceable and insured service
- Significantly damaged returns due to poor packaging
- Returns sent to the wrong address
- Returns sent after the 30-day period from purchase and/or 14-day period from receipt, depending on which period is longer
